Once your application is submitted, Loan Processors initiates the pre-approval process by collecting initial borrower information and submitting it for credit and eligibility review.

You will receive a pre-approval, and your loan file along with the supporting documents will be submitted to Underwriting (UW) for review and decision. Our team will inform you of the best available rates prior to this stage to ensure full transparency and confidence moving forward.

The Loan Processor will order a property appraisal to assess the home’s market value. During this phase, all underwriting conditions will be addressed and cleared to ensure the application meets approval requirements.

Once all conditions are satisfied, your loan will be approved for closing. You will then be required to sign all necessary documents to finalize the process before your funds are released. Congratulations!
